We are making plans for the 2012-2013 School Year, and we are pleased to announce that we will be implementing a program to provide our families with more flexibility in the tuition payment process. Families will now be able to make monthly payments without getting a bank loan.
After much research, we have contracted with FACTS to help us manage our new tuition payment program. FACTS is used by over 5,500 schools nationally. We are excited to be working with them and are confident this program will provide an enhanced payment experience for our families, and also allow us to take a major step forward in the security and compliance of financial transactions for our school.
Please note the following features in using the FACTS system for tuition payment:
- Convenient and secure customized online payment plan sign-up
- Demographic and financial account management online
- E-mail payment reminders 5 days prior to scheduled payment date
- Online tuition payments at any time
- Multiple payment plan options – 1 payment, 2 payments ($100 admin charge on first payment), or 10 payments ($200 admin charge on first payment)
For the 2012-2013 School Year, all families (those who make one-time payment as well as those who make budgeted payments) will enroll in FACTS through our customized online sign-up link.
Enrolling online is simple and secure. To protect your privacy, you will be asked to create your own unique FACTS user ID and Password. You will need the account information for the person responsible for payment: bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. Most of this information is located on your check.
When you are ready to enroll, click on the link below. You will be able to log in, create an account, and select a payment plan. Please be sure to complete this important step by April 15th.
As always, we thank you for your continued loyalty to Pope John XXIII and for your support in our efforts to fulfill the mission of preparing the hearts and minds of our students to serve God and others.
