Checklist for Applications

Applicant to the 9^th grade must submit:

____         Completed Admissions Application and $50 fee

____         Transcript from current school including grades and standardized test
                  scores

____         Teacher Recommendation Forms English, Math and Principal/Counselor

____         Applicant for 9^th Grade must take the High School Placement Test.
